Your voice

This is the single most important thing to get right, because everything else sits on top of it. Below are three short passages written in the voice we have drawn from your essays and our conversations. Read them the way a stranger would. The only question that matters: does this sound like you? Back to the studio.

Voice → then palette → then the page
I spent twenty years in global banking. The corner office, the whole thing. Then I left - not in crisis, but because "successful on paper" had quietly stopped being enough. I coach the transition I actually made. That is the whole difference.
Sounds like me?
I don't hand you a framework from the front of the room. Most coaching quietly asks you to choose - the ambitious answer or the human one. I don't think you have to. The work is holding both, in the same room, until you can hear your own answer more clearly.
Sounds like me?
I still race, and my endurance is still a work in progress. I say that on purpose. This isn't advice from someone who has arrived. It is honest company from someone a little further along the same road - no guarantees, no slogans, just real work.
Sounds like me?

Anything to change?

A word that's off, a note that's too much or too little, a phrase you'd never say. Or just tell me which one is most you.
