Coaching

You can describe the situation. Not the problem.

That’s usually the right place to start.

Why people come

Most people who come to me aren’t stuck. They’re capable, well regarded, running a life that works from the outside — and can’t yet say plainly what they want next.

  • “The role still fits. I don’t.”
  • “I’m very good at something I stopped choosing years ago.”
  • “Nothing is wrong. That’s the part I can’t explain.”

Two ways in

1:1

Private, unhurried work on what comes next. Leadership, wellbeing, purpose, reinvention. Transformation.

60 minutes, every two to three weeks. 10–12 sessions — where real change happens.

The Mirror Room

Three or four peers over eight weeks who become your mirrors. You hear your own question in someone else’s mouth. Honest reflection, not a lecture from the front.

Sixty minutes weekly for eight weeks, Hong Kong or online. Application, then a conversation. Next group forming.

What it’s like

I ask more than I answer. I’ll name the thing in the room nobody has named. You’ll do more between sessions than in them.

“I coach the transition I’ve actually made.”

Fit

For you if

You’d rather be challenged than flattered, and you’re ready to do the work rather than buy the answer.

Not for you if

You want a framework, a guarantee, or agreement.

One story

One reinvention, start to finish.

K came to me in Hong Kong carrying a question she hadn’t said out loud. She now lives in Tokyo, runs a business of her own, and works in an industry she’d never touched. None of it was the plan.

“I thought I was deciding whether to move. I was deciding whether I was allowed to want it.”

Book a discovery call

45 minutes. No preparation, no charge.

If it isn’t a fit, I’ll say so.
